C90.02 (also written C90-02) is Arcitura's Cloud Technology Concepts exam, Module 2 of the CCP curriculum. It tests cloud computing mechanisms, such as virtual servers, failover systems, and usage monitors, along with containerization, cloud security threats and controls, cloud storage, and testing. It is vendor-neutral and part of the Certified Cloud Technology Professional track.
C90.02 Cloud Technology Concepts is the technical core of Arcitura's cloud curriculum. Module 1 explains what cloud computing is. Module 2 explains how it works: the mechanisms that serve as the building blocks of every cloud platform, the security threats those platforms face, and the controls used to protect them.
TroyTec's C90.02 prep includes 86 practice questions in PDF and Online Test Engine formats, covering mechanisms, security, containerization, and cloud storage.

Testing, Standards, and Trends
What You Need to Know : Cloud testing approaches, industry standards, emerging cloud technologies
Cloud computing mechanisms are the technology building blocks that cloud platforms are built from. Examples include virtual servers, failover systems, ready-made environments, and pay-for-use monitors. On C90.02, you'll need to know how each mechanism works and which cloud characteristic it supports, such as elasticity, resiliency, or measured usage.
Virtualization runs full virtual servers, each with its own operating system, on a hypervisor. Containerization packages applications with their dependencies so they share the host operating system. That makes containers lighter and faster to deploy. The exam also covers container hosting and logical pod containers.
C90.02 covers the common threats cloud environments face and the security mechanisms that address them. You'll need to match threats to the right controls.
You'll study how cloud storage devices work, the different levels at which data can be stored, and the difference between relational and non-relational (NoSQL) storage.
