VMware sold Workspace ONE to Omnissa, and the 2V0-62.23 exam has since been replaced by the Omnissa Certified Administrator – Workspace ONE (OCA-W) certification. If you already hold VCP-DW 2024 or OCP-Workspace, Omnissa still honors it as a prerequisite for the Omnissa Certified Engineer – Workspace ONE (OCE-W) certification.
2V0-62.23 was the VMware Workspace ONE 22.X Professional exam, which led to VCP-DW 2024 (later renamed OCP-Workspace under Omnissa). It had 70 questions, a 135-minute time limit and a passing score of 300. Omnissa has since replaced it with the OCA-W certification.
The VMware Workspace ONE 22.X Professional exam (2V0-62.23) validated your ability to install, configure, manage, maintain and perform basic troubleshooting of Workspace ONE. It also tested whether you could identify the supporting products and components a Workspace ONE deployment needs. Passing it earned VMware Certified Professional – Digital Workspace 2024 (VCP-DW 2024).
In July 2024, VMware's End-User Computing division became Omnissa, and the credential was renamed OCP-Workspace. Omnissa has since restructured its certification program around role-based levels. The Workspace ONE administrator-level exam is now OCA-W.
